I am a Senior System Analyst and Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in requirements analysis, system behavior definition, and data-driven problem solving.
I work at the intersection of business, data, and development, translating complex business needs into clear, structured, and testable system requirements. My core expertise includes requirements formalization, BPMN/UML process modeling, and SQL-based data analysis and investigations.
Throughout my career, I have worked on large-scale enterprise and government systems, including digital transformation initiatives, data-intensive platforms, and complex legacy system modernization. I have delivered 1000+ user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and reliable system behavior.
